"I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Mookherjee's workshop on emotions. Most interestingly, she helped us explore the idea of sharing thoughts related to emotions throughout a day's timeline. Why are you happy in morning and what makes you panic or angry during noon? And sleepy at night? Emotions old and upcoming - set in our sub conscious! An activity-based workshop, it was a good 2 hours spent on knowing the importance of sharing emotions positively. Look forward to more!"
